In this review of the brand Naturelo Multivitamins we go deeper into all the polyvitamins of the brand Naturelo.
We evaluate the vitamins and minerals they provide, check their quantity, dissect their supplements, and examine how their beneficial substances can promote your health alongside everything else they provide.
In fact, everything to evaluate all of Naturelo’s multivitamins as accurately as possible.
This means that you write an article that is so thorough that you will never have to consider another application for that specific request again. So if there’s a section or aspect I haven’t told you about, but you’re interested in, let me know. And I’ll put it in the magazine.
There are 18 different Naturelo polyvitamins in the world. Each of them focuses on the health of men, women or children.
Not all brands are completely different. This total number includes different packaging sizes.
In the end we only have 4 different supplements for men, 6 for women (plus 1 common option for adults) and 3 for children.
Always a number, huh?
And each of them has their own description page. However, it should be noted that they do not differ significantly from each other. That would hardly be a more accurate observation.
So I think there are five important ideas running through each of these pages.
I think the first one is the most common misinterpretation of all. And I, too, have been guilty of this in the past without really delving into their world.
The fact is that not all the nutrients they take in their supplements come directly from the diet as a whole. This is important because most other critics will try to convince you that they are completely made by extracting all nutrients from natural whole foods or food sources. Which is not entirely true.
They give you an idea on their page about us.
If possible, we obtain vitamins and minerals from natural and organic whole foods – for example, vitamin C from acerolakersen, vitamin E from rice bran and calcium from seaweed. For ingredients that are not available in a complete nutritional form, we opt for natural rather than synthetic versions. [R]
This means that when a nutrient cannot be obtained from whole foods, the natural form of the nutrient is used. But using the natural form has nothing to do with extracting this nutrient from food.
The natural form is simply a chemically identical form of a vitamin or mineral that is easy to produce in the laboratory. And it has nothing to do with the fact that it comes directly from nature. It is simply an identical form that behaves exactly like the natural form in our body (and in this case often, but not always, the most useful form available).
However, there are many major brands that do this (and many even use more useful shapes than Naturelo). Naturlo is certainly not one of those that stands out from all the others.
The second important point is that they firmly adhere to the idea that they are GMO-free, soy-free, gluten-free, preservative-free and free of colourings and flavours. And besides everything that has to do with vegetarianism (hence the vegetarian option). And that’s fine. There are certainly not many brands that support these kinds of standards.
Third, in terms of claimed benefits, they focus mainly on increasing immunity and improving the health of heart, brain and eyes.
In this context, they also support the idea that regular exercise and a healthy diet are not enough for good health. Additives for them are an essential part of all this [R].
There has been a lot of discussion about this. Because you can argue with both parties. But in the end, that’s really how you feel about the approach they take (although I think you should always choose what seems most appropriate and honest to you).
As for the fourth important aspect, they try to score points in your conscience by mentioning it – we are made in the United States. For some it matters, not so much for others.
And finally, the bravest of all is Stop spending money on ineffective supplements; experience the difference in NATURE today!. This is perfectly logical given their purpose and what they represent [R].
It would be strange if they don’t try to convince you with this product.
Of course there are other requirements. For example, what you find in post-partum and infant formula supplements or what you see added in the wholefood version (they also claim to provide energy).
In any case, on these pages you will usually find 5 important reasons why this or that Natural Multivitamin is right for you. And in doing so, they also retained their creative resources.
This means that every time you find them on the site, they will all be the same.
As far as they’re concerned, I’d like to concentrate on a few aspects. We hope this will give you a broader perspective and understanding. But that we enter one of the next stages.
For the time being I think it’s best to look at every Naturlo multivitamin that gives a short but concise description of what it’s really about. So let’s move on.
Multivitamin for male still life (revision)
Naturelo’s multivitamins tend to follow the traditional rather than the unconventional approach to nutrition. They therefore strive to provide only quantities of nutrients (vitamins and minerals) that represent at least 100% of the daily costs.
This also applies to this Naturelo complete multivitamin for men. It also offers a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, as well as highly effective and useful forms.
But even given the traditional approach to dietary supplements, minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium seem too scarce for some people. Because they are below 100% of the daily cost.
But actually, it’s good. This is because a 100% conversion to calcium (1300 mg) or potassium (4700 mg) is the right way to overdose these two minerals.
Everything is different with magnesium, but both this mineral and calcium tend to take up a lot of space. So, if you really wanted them in usable quantities (400-600 mg or 600-800 mg), you should take at least 10-12 capsules a day. What most people aren’t ready for.
In addition to the incredible variety and abundance in terms of daily values, you will also get a number of blends that will only further improve your health. And this can be achieved by improving digestion, energy levels, the health of the brain, heart and eyes, and by adding a lot of fibre to a mix of organic fruits and vegetables.
Although this may sound surprising, there are some disadvantages.
Multivitamin for Men Naturelo whole foods do not contain vitamin K or vanadium (although a vitamin K2 supplement is available). But you certainly get some of both from this organic fruit and vegetable mix. So it would be a pretty small problem.
But what is not negligible is the fact that this supplement contains no preformed retinol (vitamin A). This is extremely important for health and cannot be replaced by a number of carotenoids [R, R, R, R, R].
But I think it’s an easy decision to make if you’re willing to take all the essential vitamins. Just make sure you add the right vitamin A supplement.
And, yes, the last thing worth mentioning are the amazing additives (or rather, additives, because there is only one).
Natural Multi Vitamin for men over 50 years of age (recommended)
Naturelo’s complete multivitamin for men aged 50 years and older is incredibly similar to what we’ve just seen.
Instead of repeating essentially the same thing I said in the previous paragraph, let’s look at the differences first (I’ll use the same approach for the other supplements in the whole article, so if I don’t mention anything, it’s all the same).
The multivitamin for men over 50 in the Naturlo diet provides a small amount of carotenoids and calcium, but less vitamin C.
So in the end all the striking differences are due to the composition of the bonnet. This means that in the 50+ male version, the organic fruit and vegetable mix is slightly smaller, but instead of the energy mix we’ve seen in the regular male multivitamin version, it adds a prostate health mix.
When it comes to the mix of digestion, brain, heart and eye health, they are all the same. The same applies to additives.
Still a daily multivitamin supplement for men (overview)
It is intended for those who find it uncomfortable to take 4 capsules of multivitamin supplements per day (as in the case of the two previous ones). This multivitamin for men Naturelo One Daily requires the intake of one capsule per day.
However, despite the fact that the same useful and highly effective forms of nutrients are used, there is a significant reduction in the total amount of vitamins and minerals.
To be precise, all minerals are less than 100% of their daily value. This will contribute to a certain extent to your well-being, but it is certainly a shortcoming.
In addition, there is the characteristic total absence of certain nutrients such as preformed vitamin A, vitamin K1 and vanadium. But it is 100% marginal for the next aspect.
Naturelo One Daily Multivitamin For Men offers only one mixture (an organic mixture of fruit and vegetables). And even this mixture is reduced by more than 2/3 of the total amount that Naturelo’s multivitamins for men contain.
This means that you miss out on a significant added value and benefit that you don’t get because of a lack of brain, heart, digestive tract, eyes and energy, or a lack of prostate health.
After all, there are no other advantages to it than a smaller portion size and a lower price.
However, these two elements don’t justify it, so I don’t think it’s worth it.
Naturlo A daily multivitamin preparation for men over 50 years of age (revision)
The same conclusion applies to Naturelo One Daily Multivitamin for Men 50+.
This is an abridged version of Multivitamin Naturlo for men over the age of 50. Which I don’t think is usually worth your time and money (and the fact that the capsules are getting smaller and smaller every day).
In fact, it is the same day for men with only slightly more carotenoids, vitamin D, calcium and magnesium, twice as much biotin, but less vitamin C and phosphorus.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s probably even better than no multivitamins at all. However, it is clear that there are better options, even within the same brand.
Multivitamin for women living throughout the body (overview)
The Naturelo Whole Food multivitamin preparation for women is a food supplement that is very similar to the male equivalent we considered earlier, with only one modification.
There is nothing to add.
I mean, of course there are some very small changes in the nutrients, such as almost as many carotenoids and vitamins C, D and E.
But an incredible variety of vitamins and minerals and highly effective and beneficial forms will always be preserved. Moreover, the added healthy mixtures are exactly the same as those in the men’s supplement.
All this really helps to clarify the idea that there is only one real and significant difference in nutrition when it comes to comparing male and female multivitamins.
This is a factor that determines whether or not the supplement contains iron. That’s the only change I mentioned earlier when it came to the Naturelo complete multivitamin for women.
Everything you hear and that people or brands try to make you believe that it is pure marketing and has nothing to do with your real nutritional needs or your well-being.
Like its male counterpart, it is also one of the best multivitamins if you want nutrients that are at or reasonably above 100% of your daily intake.
Multivitamin Naturlo for women 50 years of age and older [iron-free] (recommended)
Although it seems that the iron-free version of Naturelo Complete Multivitamin for women advocates no other difference than a lack of iron, it does. There are other subtle differences.
This version for women over 50 for example contains a little less vitamin K2, a little less manganese and potassium and 2.5 times less biotin (which is still good and 200% per day). And he’s not offering Shaulin either. But it offers a little more vitamin D and calcium.
However, the main difference, as in many other cases, lies in the extra useful substance, also called mixture, that it contains.
Although Naturelo Multivitamin complete food for women over 50 years of age completely omits the energy mix, they offer more than 50% more energy mix for heart health, twice as much energy mix for brain health and 20% more energy mix for organic fruits and vegetables.
So there are some compromises, but in general I think it’s still a viable option for women over 50. Of course you can also try Naturelo multivitamins for men (because women no longer need iron after menopause).
Still a daily multivitamin supplement for women (control)
Compared to the Naturelo complete nutrition, the Naturelo One daily multivitamin for women is largely a comparison of two corresponding male multivitamins.
You get a smaller part and a lower price. But it’s not worth it in terms of value.
A significant reduction in nutrients means that all minerals are less than 100% of the daily standard. Also, you don’t get that many useful mixtures.
They only have an organic mix of fruit and vegetables that is cut more than 3 times. So you’re losing a lot. This is exactly the (sad) story of how Naturelo One Daily Multivitamin for Men.
It’s another story you shouldn’t sit on.
Naturelo A daily multivitamin supplement for women [iron free] (review)
In this case you will get slightly more carotenoids, vitamin D, vitamin B6, calcium and magnesium, but less phosphorus and iron.
This iron-free version is also the same as the regular version of One Daily Multivitamin for women.
But these slightly improved amounts for a handful of nutrients didn’t really help with the sad story she had with her double.
However, I think One Daily supplements have some viability.
If vitamins and minerals are all you need and you want them to cover at least 100% of your daily expenses, but no more than is reasonably possible, then this is the solution.
Instead of taking one capsule a day, as they recommend, you take two.
This removes all defects that would otherwise be completely eliminated and this should be perfectly normal for additives that do not contain iron.
Prenatal natural polyvitamin (overview)
The Naturelo prenatal multivitamin is a food supplement that is a kind of intermediary between all food additives and those that are used about once a day.
With a daily intake of 3 capsules, this supplement is completely designed to provide pregnant women with the right type of vitamins and minerals.
It does not contain all the mixtures, as they may often contain ingredients that have not been tested or may be harmful to pregnancy.
At that time, it was generally accepted that anything that was clearly not detrimental to the child’s well-being and health should be abolished. So, only the things that turned out to be innocent.
Compared to the general choice for women (Multi Vitamin for Women Naturelo Whole Food), this supplement provides fewer vitamins, but more minerals and carotenoids, and at the same time twice as much iron and folic acid.
And all this would be good and normal if you don’t consider not having a preformed vitamin A. As mentioned earlier, it is completely impossible to obtain sufficient beta-carotene on one’s own. This is very important for the good development of the child [R, R, R].
But in the end, I think it’s still a difficult common option if you focus on 100% of daily values. And you can solve this preformed vitamin A deficiency with the right vitamin A supplement.
Still, and still personally, I prefer something different when my wife is pregnant again (nr. 9 on this list). However, not everyone will agree with this approach.
Postnatal natural multivitamin (overview)
Although this Natural prenatal polyvitamin is quite similar to the supplement discussed in the previous section, it has a significantly different focus.
It mainly reduces folic acid and strongly reduces iron, but it adds milk accelerating herbs from organic sources such as fenugreek, milk thistle, fennel, nettle and alfalfa. There is also the added benefit of never running out of milk for your baby.
However, the postnatal multivitamin preparation still has the same disadvantages as the prenatal multivitamin preparation. Again, it does not contain vitamin A (ready-made medication). Without the extra vitamin A it will not be sufficient.
Among the top five ideas for doing this, it should be noted that while adults have the ability to convert some of the carotenoids into preformed vitamin A, infants have difficulty doing so. So it is very important that they get it through the breast milk [R].
On the other hand, if the mother has problems converting these carotenoids into retinol (which is not unusual), not only the mother suffers, but also the child [R, R, R].
So it is generally a viable option (but I can not stress the importance of this vitamin A supplement). Another option that should be considered is the one I mentioned in the previous paragraph (see point 9).
In addition to 4 multivitamins for men and 6 different multivitamins for women, there is another multivitamin for adults in general.
Although sold as a food additive, it is generally similar to the Once Daily multivitamins we talked about earlier, although this supplement is delicious.
In general, vitamins are normal, while minerals are scarce on the scarcity side. Even with the traditional 100% daily values approach, I don’t think this is enough.
Nothing is added with regard to additional mixtures or substances. Just vitamins, minerals and a lot of different carotenoids.
On the whole, I don’t think a compromise is worth the taste of compromise.
And because it’s a delicious food supplement and how to make it tasty, you don’t just have a supplement here. You’d better have a lot of them.
However, Naturelo’s approach to the production of multivitamin gluten is very different from that of most other brands.
I mean most other brands just put a lot of sugar in their supplements which, in the end, don’t deserve to be called something that promotes your health. It’s exactly the opposite.
But Natarlo doesn’t. They use stevia instead. It is an ingredient used to sweeten what you add without causing a sudden rise in insulin or blood sugar levels. Honestly, this is exactly the approach you need if you want to buy a sticky supplement.
As far as I know, most of the supplements they use to make all this vitamin gum for adults should be good.
I’m not so sure of the natural aromas and colours.
Natural aromas are all that has to do with production. If they suck, these flavors can be harmful. At this point, it doesn’t matter if they’re natural. That’s not all that’s inherently healthy for you, although many manufacturers pursue this concept (and it’s a misconception all over the world).
And although they are committed to good manufacturing practices, I wouldn’t say that this is enough to guarantee that these odors are not filled with all kinds of impurities and contaminants (even if they are not meant to be).
shall be used with care. In addition, colours, although natural, can be very harmful to the choice of different people, as is the case with annatto extract. So while I don’t have a problem with natural colours that don’t cause unpleasant side effects, it’s important to remember that.
After all, is this where you can go?
Well, despite the fact that they don’t use sugar (which is really good), I suggest that instead we should rely on the best alternatives for the brand we talked about earlier.
You’ll be much healthier and you won’t have that unknown taste factor anymore.
Although I have no doubt that they are certainly the best alternatives if the only option are their cute competitors.
Children’s vitamin chewing gum (overview)
Based on the percentages indicated on the label of the food additive whole vitamin chewing gum for children, this is a supplement for children from 4 years of age.
And as such, as far as I know, it can work very well.
Like Naturelo’s other polyvitamins, they provide both solid forms of nutrients and an excellent variety of nutrients.
And they don’t use sugar either. That’s very good.
But still, this natural factor of unknown taste.
However, if your child absolutely refuses to take traditional dietary supplements, this is certainly the best sticky alternative.
Multivitamin chewable preparations for children (overview)
Another addition to Naturelo’s line of children’s products is the multivitamin chewable formula for children. However, it is very difficult to say what it is compared to what was described in the previous paragraph.
On the one hand it contains more vitamins and an organic mix of fruit and vegetables. On the other hand, it also contains less minerals.
So it functions more as a general alternative. The one who’s not necessarily the best in every way.
As far as taste is concerned, no sugar is used here either. Instead, he uses stevia and monk’s fruit extract to make it sweeter. Both are perfectly suited for this purpose.
I also like the fact that this special addition does not contain any colour. Unfortunately, there are still natural perfumes.
As far as Naturlo is concerned, at least as far as I can judge, it still thinks it can go both ways (harmful or harmless).
Complete multivitamin product for adolescents (assessment)
The Naturelo Whole Food multivitamin preparation for teenagers eliminates the concept of vitamin gum and follows the traditional path.
So again we only see one additive. That’s perfectly normal.
Moreover, it appears to be a weaker alternative to all dietary supplements offered by men or women in general. to what extent would the
Solid and very useful forms of vitamins and minerals, normal amounts for the traditional approach. Another advantage is an organic mix of fruit and vegetables and a bouquet of carotenoids. Plus rutin (a powerful antioxidant).
That should work.
As I said before, there is a section on several pages where all Naturelo polyvitamins are described and there is a section on the 5 most important reasons why a Naturelo polyvitamin is good for you. However, these 5 reasons do not change on any page.
Although they all want to convince you that the Naturlo multivitamin is your best choice, I wouldn’t say they are always true or 100% correct. The purpose of this chapter is therefore to raise awareness and to debunk certain myths to some extent.
Below are 5 important reasons why they buy the surcharge:
- Natural vitamins are better absorbed;
- Unrivalled value for money;
- Pods are better than pills;
- The highest quality;
- 100% money back guarantee.
Natural vitamins are better absorbed – here’s atip.
The main reason to buy Naturelo supplements is that most brands of polyvitamins contain synthetic, laboratory-produced vitamins that do not contain additional co-factors, such as enzymes and minerals needed for proper absorption. And because] our vitamins come from real food, your body can better recognize and use them.
I mean, on the surface, it looks great. And he hunts what most people today look for and what they associate with nature. For them, of course is good, of course is what you want, of course is the best alternative. Don’t you?
Let’s treat him a bit
What do you mean, the statement I just quoted? Or let me be more specific.
What are they saying, that there’s a way around this? Synthetic vitamins?
What do you think? What are they talking about?
Are you talking about vitamins or do you use the word vitamin in the sense of a food supplement?
If you’re talking about additives, why are you talking about enzymes and minerals later? Or why are most multivitamin brands at the beginning of the sentence? It is therefore clear that when they talk about vitamins, they are actually talking about vitamins and not about food supplements.
Why is this so important?
This means that only the vitamins they use in their supplements come from real food (also known as the second sentence quoted). There are no minerals in this picture.
On this note, however, you will of course find the word on almost all additional labels after the indicated mineral. What’s that? Why the discrepancy?
Are they saying that there are synthetic forms of minerals that are better than natural forms? But they still use natural?
Or better yet, why do the labels of some vitamins refer to the source from which they are derived (e.g. vitamin C from natural organic cherry acerola), while others only refer to the natural source (e.g. thiamine with the word natural in parentheses)?
This is very much in line with what I said before and what they admit about us on their site. Or that, if possible, we obtain vitamins and minerals from natural and organic whole foods, such as vitamin C from cherry acerola, vitamin E from rice bran and calcium from seaweed. For ingredients that are not available in a complete nutritional form, we opt for natural rather than synthetic versions.
Fact is that I try to score points with the fact that the nutrients in Naturelo supplements do not come entirely from natural sources (whole foods). In fact, they usually don’t.
Look at the labels.
In fact, you only get 9 nutrients from natural sources such as vitamins C, D, E, K2, choline, calcium, iodine, magnesium and carotenoids. What about the other 16 nutrients?
Well, they’re just chemically identical forms of natural vitamins or minerals that can easily be produced in the laboratory. Moreover, they have nothing to do with direct radiation from nature. And Natarlo himself pleads it from his side, above us. They just don’t give it to you directly and honestly.
But back to the expression synthetic vitamins, which she actually refers to, these are synthetic forms of vitamins. In this respect, is it really the case that they imply that natural forms of vitamins are increasingly being absorbed?
Usually. But it’s not so black and white. Research shows, for example, that the synthetic form of vitamin C is as effective as the natural form. And this is just an example [R, R].
Unbeatable value for making money in the idea of making a profit
In an unbeatable price/quality ratio, they claim that, for example, their vitamin C from organic cherry acerola, which costs 5 times more per gram than synthetic vitamin C (ascorbic acid), means that supplementation is ultimately only 3 times more expensive.
But again, is it really worth it?
A few paragraphs ago I quoted a study that proves that synthetic vitamin C is effectively absorbed and used by the body as it is in its natural state. Then why do you have to pay extra? What’s the point?
They literally pay too much for nothing.
But there’s another side to it.
In my opinion, there are multivitamins that may not be so strange (in terms of additional blends), but they offer much more value. For example, I would rather have the garden of vitamin codes for men (or women, if I were one of them) at any time of the day than one of the full versions offered (vitamin codes are about 33% cheaper).
This is by no means an unbeatable price/performance ratio. There are other applications that defeat Stillo.
An unbeatable price/performance ratio is therefore really only a marketing strategy with which they want to convince the buyer to buy a product.
capsules are not always better thanpills.
Another reason why they do it to make a better choice for nature is that capsules are better than pills. There’s some truth in it, but even here it’s not so black and white.
tablets. This means that these polyvitamin preparations are not the only ones produced in capsule form. If you look at the high-quality multivitamins with a high potential, you will see that in most cases they come in capsule form.
In any case, the question is how the pill or capsule is manufactured. Because there are also capsules made from unpleasant ingredients. Then it’s no longer the best option.
In general, the difference between capsules and pills is so small that it is not worth paying attention to. There are other aspects, more important than the capsules with more pills, that you should pay attention to.
Top quality promises something very tight again
What they want to emphasize when they sell you a product is that it is of excellent quality. Because it stimulates a lot of sales. People look for quality and recognize it.
So they give you what you’re looking for. But is the quality really that high?
They all state (and you won’t find anything else) that they follow GMP practices, that the ingredients have been tested for purity and potency, and they also state that you get exactly what’s on the label.
This quality assurance consists of having the end products (end products of additives) tested in the laboratory by third parties. Many brands respond to this. Naturlo’s not here.
But not just that. Many brands have also strayed from the road to certification, such as USDA Organic, which certifies the organic origin of ingredients. Or you will receive a vegan action certificate proving that the application is truly vegan.
The brand Naturelo Multivitamins has none of this.
Are they really of the highest quality, as they like to claim?
The quality is probably solid. But it is completely unjust to call this the best quality.
It’s just marketing.
100% money back guarantee is fine – they are not the only ones, although.
I think money-back guarantees are always proof of the manufacturer’s confidence in his product. And that’s a good sign.
This is a clear advantage for the Naturlo multivitamin brand. Because you can try the surcharge and it’s easy to get a refund if you don’t like it 100%.
But they’re not the only ones doing it in additive space.
I have been very critical of Natuerlo’s multivitamins in the past. However, the truth is that they work and can be useful if you follow the traditional approach to supplements (after 100% daily intake).
Multivitamins However, I do not necessarily agree with their business practices. The statements they usually make on their description pages are sometimes rather confusing and can give the impression that this is not one hundred percent correct.
But in the end, the food additives they create seem to have considerable value. You can also benefit from a 100% money back guarantee. This indicates that they believe in their product, as few manufacturers do.
However, I think there are better alternatives if you are looking for a multivitamin supplement. Here’s a list for men and a list for women. And when it comes to multivitamins, it is always possible to switch to unconventional methods.
In addition, I hope that this overview of the Naturelo multivitamin brand has helped you find the information you were looking for. If not, I would like to get some advice in the comments on how to improve it.
If you have the opportunity, even a single line in the comments will help you and will be highly and sincerely appreciated.
See you in another article!
Thanks, stay healthy and happy!
